I repeat that Dale needs to stop speaking and the behavior should not be condoned on this bus. At this time Secret makes her way to the back of the bus and I tell her what has left me highly upset and disturbed. I do let him know that continuing to speak to me would be and unhealthy decision. The conversation expands from my side and I let him know that his verbiage is not welcomed or warranted. He then says 'Rosa Parks fought so you could sit in the font of the bus, why are you sitting back here? You need to go sit up front.' I tell him to please stop talking to me and that his conversation is racist and not appreciated. For some reason he thought it was respectful to say to me'Why don't you Black people sit up front.' Take into account that I'm the only African-American within 8-9 rows of seats.
There was a man(Dale/hygienes were awful). I got on and went to find a seat found one in the back.the seat before the last.
I thought a little outing was deserved- called Secret earlier to let her know I would be catching the bus(she's an excellent bus hostess). Caught the Valley Tours bus from Stockton(5:00pm).
